The best time to work out outside is right after a rainstorm or when it is cloudy and still.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wear Protective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Certain protective items can keep allergens from getting into your eyes, nose and mouth. For example, we recommend wearing a hat, wraparound sunglasses and even a face mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
