Quite common. Eye allergies (or allergic conjunctivitis) are thought to affect between six and 30 percent<\/a> of the general population. Additionally, 30-71 percent<\/a> of people who suffer from allergic rhinitis (hay fever) present with symptoms of eye allergies. They often develop in late childhood and early adulthood and can be seasonal or year-round depending on your triggers, however, seasonal allergic conjunctivitis is the most common form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
