Coronavirus arrived to the U.S. in January, so there\u2019s a lot we don\u2019t know about it. One thing research published in Annals of Neurology<\/em> has found is that COVID-19 affects the nervous system and can cause a number of neurological symptoms, including dizziness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The authors<\/a> report that, \u201cInitially thought to be restricted to the respiratory system, we now understand that coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID\u201019) also involves multiple other organs, including the central and peripheral nervous system. The number of recognized neurologic manifestations of SARS\u2010CoV\u20102 infection is rapidly accumulating.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
