Dr. Mark Yanta received his MD degree and completed residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Texas, where he was three times elected class president. Post graduate training included two years in General Surgery and four years in the field of Otolaryngology at the prestigious Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He proceeded to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he completed a fellowship and became board certified in Facial Reconstructive Surgery. During this training, he was a faculty member at Tulane University and was involved in training resident physicians at that institution. Dr. Yanta has also participated in specialty training courses in advanced endoscopic sinus techniques and sleep medicine.
