Dr. Michael Pickford graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine, in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Emory University affiliated hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia in 1986. After completing his residency, Dr. Pickford entered private practice in Gwinnett County and later jointed ENT of Georgia in 2001.

Dr. Pickford is a diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He specializes in adult and pediatric sinus disorders, snoring and sleep disorders, and ear surgery.

Dr. Pickford is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.  He is available to see patients in the Duluth and John's Creek offices of ENT of Georgia.
